● Full prepayment is needed prior to the Meeting.
● Invoice will be sent by email as soon as payment is received.
● Invoice will be issued according to the data inserted on the registration form.
Changes & Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and changes are to be addressed in writing to Abreu Events in writing at any stage prior to or during the event.
Fees will be refunded after the conference (EUR), according to the following policy:
● Cancellations received before April 8th 2019: 100% refund less bank charges.
● An administration fee of EUR 10, - will be charged.
● Cancellations received after April 8th 2019: No refund can be made.
